To protect the purity and integrity of every compound, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

Why we don’t accept returns

Arete Compounds supplies sensitive research materials. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee the storage conditions, handling, or chain of custody required to certify its purity. Reselling or restocking returned research chemicals would compromise the quality assurance our customers rely on. For these reasons, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Order changes & cancellations

Because we dispatch quickly, orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Email us right away and we’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped.
