Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Rates & free shipping

  • USPS Priority Mail — 1–3 business days — $14 flat.
  • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts) — every product counts toward the threshold.
  • Tracking & insurance included — every USPS Priority Mail shipment ships with tracking and is insured up to $100 against loss or damage in transit.

Processing time

Orders placed before the daily cutoff typically ship the same or next business day. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as a label is generated.

Packaging & cold chain

Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable for the duration of domestic transit. Orders are packed discreetly in protective, plain packaging. Cold-chain packaging with an ice pack and insulated liner is available on request for sensitive shipments.

Tracking & insurance

Every order ships via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and is automatically insured up to $100 against loss or damage in transit. If a package arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll file the insurance claim and make it right (see Returns & Refunds).
