We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Rates & free shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders over $125 (after discounts).
• Standard — USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days — $9.95 (free over $125).
• Expedited — USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days — $21.95, or just +$9.95 to upgrade once your order ships free.

Processing time

Orders placed before the daily cutoff typically ship the same or next business day. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as a label is generated.

Packaging & cold chain

Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable for the duration of domestic transit. Orders are packed discreetly in protective, plain packaging. Cold-chain packaging with an ice pack and insulated liner is available on request for sensitive shipments.

Tracking & issues

Every order ships with tracking. If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll make it right (see Returns & Refunds).
