1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Arete Compounds are intended exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years old, a qualified researcher or institution, and that you will handle, store, and use the products in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use, label, market, or resell any product for human or animal consumption or for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose. Misuse is a violation of these terms and may be unlawful.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices and availability are subject to change. Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe); your use of those services is subject to their terms.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping is limited to the United States. All sales are final except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arete Compounds is not liable for any damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of its products. You assume full responsibility for safe and lawful use.
